The problem
Next2Skin is an Indian hosiery and legwear brand, stockings, pantyhose, tights, and socks across Women's, Kids', and Men's lines, and none of the store existed yet. Every core page needed building from scratch: a homepage, collection pages split correctly across categories that don't map cleanly onto a generic Shopify template, and individual product pages for a catalog that would keep growing. On top of the storefront itself, Indian e-commerce has its own logistics reality, cash on delivery expectations, pan-India shipping, and customers who want to track their own orders without emailing support, and that had to be built in from the start, not bolted on later.
What I built
A full storefront, every core page built from scratch
I built the homepage and the complete set of collection pages, Women's stockings, pantyhose, and tights split by opaque, sheer, and designer variants, Kids' stockings and socks, Men's socks and sleeves, plus individual product detail pages for the catalog, all on a custom, lightweight Shopify theme designed to stay fast as the product count grew rather than slow down with it.
Shiprocket integrated for fulfillment and tracking
I connected Shiprocket for order fulfillment and set customers up with their own dedicated tracking portal, so instead of emailing support to ask where an order is, they can check it themselves. Combined with COD support and pan-India shipping, that covers the actual logistics expectations of an Indian e-commerce customer, not just a generic checkout flow.
Reviews and trust signals on every product
I set up Judge.me for product reviews, so social proof shows up directly on each product page instead of living somewhere customers have to go looking for it.
